Fidelity Asia Ventures (FAV) is on the lookout for entrepreneurial companies that will be industry leaders in the future.

Target Industries

We focus primarily on high-technology industries in China, such as the information technology and healthcare sectors. Within IT, we are interested in information services, software, telecommunications, networking and related internet technologies. Within healthcare, we are interested in specialty medical services, drug development outsourcing, medical devices and specialty pharmaceuticals.

We are also interested in other high-growth industries that capitalize on emerging market opportunities in Greater China.

Target Companies and Entrepreneurs

We are looking for exceptional companies with superior management, business models and areas of competitive advantage that already are, or have the potential to be, leaders in their industry.

We are also looking for entrepreneurs in China who have successful track records, high levels of integrity and the vision to build world-class companies.

Target Investment Stage

Fidelity's strong entrepreneurial spirit and culture means we have always enjoyed working with early-stage companies in Asia. We take particular pride in our ability to partner with smart and dynamic entrepreneurs in China, helping them to grow their businesses to a successful level.

Target Investment Size

As a private company with sizeable global assets, we are quite flexible with regards to investment size. For most of our opportunities, we typically invest between US $2 -10 million over the investment period. We can invest less for start-up companies or significantly more for later-stage companies.
